"2ND TIME AROUND PRESENTED A WHOLE HOST OF PROBLEMS. AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE MY DESIRE TO TRADE IN A PRETTY SWEET MACHINE, IT APPEARED AS THOUGH TO COMPLETE THE DEAL WOULD NOT BE COST EFFECTIVE. I WAS ANGERED TO SAY THE LEAST, BECAUSE OF AN INNOCENT FINANCING GLITCH THAT YAMAHA WOULD NOT BUDGE ON, I WAS LEFT WITH A UNIT THAT I WAS SERIOUSLY UPSIDE DOWN ON. I WENT TO BARRY AND TO BE HONEST I WAS PREPARED TO RAISE HOLY HELL, BUT WHEN I QUESTIONED HIS POSITION AS TO WHETHER OR NOT HE EVEN WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME, HIS RESPONSE SURPRISED ME. HE EXPLAINED THAT HE HAD THOUGHT LONG AND HARD AND HAD A VIABLE SOLUTION AND MORE IMPORTANTLY I WAS A VALUED CUSTOMER AND IT WAS HIS JOB TO MAKE ME HAPPY! NO TRUER WORDS HAVE BEEN SUSTAINED, AND INCONJUNCTION ONCE AGAIN WITH BK, AND A NEW FINANCE GUY NAMED SHAWN, A DEAL WAS STRUCK AND I AM THE PROUD OWNER OF A NEW ATV! YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE OTHER CUSTOMER'S EYES WHEN THIS THING PULLED UP. I CAN'T THANK THE STAFF OF GBM MOTORSPORTS ENOUGH FOR MAKING THIS ALL POSSIBLE. "I am probably not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to negotiating a fair deal, and in this particular purchase process I spent considerable time examing every aspect of my dream machine. I can not thank Larry, Bill H. and ultimately BK enough for their dedication and professionalism in ensuring I was comfortable with my choice. In the end I decided on buying a 2009 Yamaha Wolverine 450 ATV and I couldn't be happier. Awesome machine, envy of all my friends. GBM can be proud to have such a dedicated staff, and one that understands the current economy and to strike a fair deal for all. Because of their fairness, I ended up adding to my purchase quite an array of accessories. Of which I would like to thank the Parts Department for going the extra mile to outfit me with parts complimentary to my Yamaha ATV even though they don't deal in this line in Arlington. Recently I had to bring my ATV for some minor set up things and the Service department accurately determined the issue and fixed it while I waited. Once again thanks, and if anyone is reviewing this testimonial don't go anywhere else but GBM to buy your dream machine."

"I traded my 95 BMW R1100R for a 2008 R1200RT. Zev my salesman was great, it was all about getting me the bike I wanted the way I wanted. He kept me upto date the whole way through the process. He wasn't kidding to set aside a couple of hours to pick up the bike, time was taken to review EVERYTHING with a eye towards any concerns I might have! Service, I've been in a couple of times for routine maintenance and minor repairs. Everybody has been amazing and bent over backwards to work with me. My most recent experience prompted me to write this, I hope the owners read it and pat some folks on the back...on a recent Sunday while trying no to get run down by a SUV driver I hit a pothole that damaged both wheels and the front tire went flat. I had to have the bike towed to GBM, without going into detail Marco was there and received the bike and got the process started. Marco and Rachael worked with my insurance company and got parts ordered VERY quickly. Having owned my last BMW 13 years I'm very sensitive about everything about how these bike ride, After riding my bike home from the repair something just didn't feel right to me, I started trading emails with Rachael and she checked into everything I asked about. Turns out it was a tire pressure issue. Like I said I owned my previous BMW 13 years and the dealer never would have given me the time of day and treat me like a crazy idiot, everybody here has been patient, helpful and genuinely concerned for my satisfaction. My motto in life, you can't know everything but you need to know how to find it out, these guys do and they do it! I want to recommend them to everybody! THANKS"

"I have been dealing with GBMS since last summer and have so far purchased 3 bikes through them already. Traded my wifes Sportster for a gorgeous purple Honda VTX 1300, (can't get her off the thing now!) and Barry made it all VERY easy and VERY enjoyable. Since then I bought a 2007 Hyabusa, owned that for a while and found that as a die hard Harley-guy I couldn't get used to the race style of riding so just recently traded that in for a 2003 Goldwing. (God, what a fanstastic bike this thing is,,,shhh, don't tell all my Harley friends, haha!). Have found working with Barry to be of the utmost pleasure. He is knowledgable, friendly, and runs a great ship over there. Racheal rocks as does the entire service, sales and parts depts. Chris is the only guy I will have work on my bikes, which says alot as I would previously never let ANYONE touch my Harley other than a Harley mechanic. I have worked with Bill for my sales guy (phenomenal) and Rick in Finance, (again, outstanding) and have to say that every single person at GBM is the absolute best around. "It all goes back to 1968 when I first set off on my Honda 305 on what has become my life long adventure. A few weeks ago I walked into GBM and met Barry Eisenberg who with a big grin rolled a Harley Ultra out of the show room (so we could hear it) a few minutes later a deal was made, a word of caution given, a wave, and a smile seen from the rear view mirror and I’m west bound on RT 2. "Memorial Day weekend I had the worst case of bike envy and could stand it no longer. I started searching on the web for used bikes and GBMS kept popping up, so I sent an e-mail to the sales rep listed, Michael Sandler. This was a holiday weekend and GBMS was closed, but he called in response to my e-mail! That phone call was a wonderful introduction to everyone's attitude at GBMS.
