"It all goes back to 1968 when I first set off on my Honda 305 on what has become my life long adventure. A few weeks ago I walked into GBM and met Barry Eisenberg who with a big grin rolled a Harley Ultra out of the show room (so we could hear it) a few minutes later a deal was made, a word of caution given, a wave, and a smile seen from the rear view mirror and I’m west bound on RT 2. Forty years of riding, lot more adventure left.

"I was very pleased with the service, hospitality, friendlyness, this dealership offered. When I came to pick up the bike on Saturday there was a small problem that required ordering parts making the bike unavilable until Monday. They offered to get me a hotel room until then.

"Memorial Day weekend I had the worst case of bike envy and could stand it no longer. I started searching on the web for used bikes and GBMS kept popping up, so I sent an e-mail to the sales rep listed, Michael Sandler. This was a holiday weekend and GBMS was closed, but he called in response to my e-mail! That phone call was a wonderful introduction to everyone's attitude at GBMS. They don't talk about customer service, they practice it. I bought a used Honda Rebel and every question I have about the bike or about equipment someone is there to help me out. This level of service will keep me loyal and coming back for years. A big thank you from one happy, satisfied customer!"
